Legacy achieved a remarkable victory over G2, winning the FISSURE Playground 3 grand final in Suzhou with a clean sweep of 3-0. This triumph marks Legacy's third championship in China, adding to their previous wins at the CAC 2025 and 2026 tournaments.

The series began on Legacy's chosen map, Ancient, where G2 initially showed strength despite an early deficit. G2 managed to rally back after trailing 2-5, winning five consecutive rounds to take the lead at halftime. However, Legacy fought back, with Bruno "latto" Rebelatto delivering crucial plays to help secure the map and give his team a 1-0 series lead.

Moving to Mirage, Santino "try" Rigal started strong with a quad-kill, allowing Legacy to establish a 5-0 lead. Although G2's Nemanja "huNter-" Kovač achieved an ace, Legacy maintained control and ultimately took the map, extending their series lead to 2-0.

In the final map, Dust2, Legacy continued their momentum, starting with a 5-0 lead and finishing the half at 8-4. Latto once again led the scoreboard, achieving the highest rating in the match with a standout performance.

Latto's consistent excellence throughout the series earned him the MVP title, as he dominated all three maps with impressive stats. In contrast, G2's Guy "NertZ" Iluz was a standout performer for his team, but overall, G2 struggled to keep pace with Legacy's relentless play.
