Mobley, in particular, is seen as a strong contender after showcasing All-Star level play during the latter half of last season, provided he maintains his health and confidence.

Harden, a seasoned veteran, could also be in the mix, as his reputation may make him a favored choice among voters if he has another productive year. Meanwhile, Allen's chances appear slimmer, although injuries to other players could create opportunities for him.
