Cavaliers Partner with New Streaming Service for Game Broadcasts

The Cleveland Cavaliers have officially announced a new streaming partnership, moving away from traditional cable broadcasting. Fans in the local market will now have the opportunity to stream all regular season games not chosen for exclusive national broadcasts, including 15 games available for free this season, as well as preseason games and original content produced by the team.

This shift to a new streaming platform will also bring significant changes to the in-game production. The Cavaliers will transition their production to the Rock Entertainment Sports Network, which will enhance the viewing experience on DAZN. Fans can expect new visual overlays, augmented reality features, and the incorporation of artificial intelligence elements during games.

Additionally, the number of cameras used to capture game footage will increase from six to 19, providing fans at home with a wider array of angles and perspectives. The team's in-game broadcast team, featuring play-by-play announcer John Michael, analyst Brad Daugherty, reporter Serena Winters, and host Cayleigh Griffin, will continue to deliver coverage for the upcoming season.

Further specifics regarding the streaming service and its features are yet to be revealed. Previously, the Cavaliers were streamed on the Bally Sports/Fanduel TV Network from 2021 through the 2025-2026 season.
