Arthur Fery Joins Great Britain's Davis Cup Team Against Ecuador

Arthur Fery, who reached the semi-finals at Wimbledon, has been named in Great Britain's Davis Cup squad for the upcoming tie against Ecuador. This match is set to take place in September at the Copper Box Arena in London.

Fery's inclusion comes as a notable highlight in his career, especially following his remarkable performance at Wimbledon, where he achieved a career-high world ranking of 36. He made headlines as the lowest-ranked player to reach the tournament's last four since Goran Ivanisevic in 2001.

The team also features British number one Cameron Norrie, Jacob Fearnley, Henry Patten, and Lloyd Glasspool. Notably absent from the lineup is former world number four Jack Draper, who is currently sidelined due to ongoing injury issues. The team will add a fifth player closer to the event.
