Legacy has successfully claimed a spot in the playoffs of the Esports World Cup by defeating regional rivals MIBR in a commanding 2-0 series. The match showcased Legacy's ability to control the game, despite MIBR's attempts at second-half comebacks on both maps, Nuke and Inferno.

The series began on Nuke, where Legacy established an early advantage with a strong performance on the CT side. They capitalized on MIBR's limited strategies, particularly their reliance on Upper bombsite hits, and built a solid 9-3 lead by the end of the first half.

As the teams switched sides, MIBR's defense initially showed promise, with Eduardo "dumau" Wolkmer leading an aggressive push into the A site. However, Legacy managed to maintain their composure and closed out the map despite MIBR's efforts to rally back.
