IEM Beijing 2026 Team Invitations Announced
32 days agoThe lineup for IEM Beijing 2026 has been revealed, with the Falcons leading the list of participating teams. Notably, both Team Vitality and Team Spirit have chosen to decline their invitations to the prestigious $1.25 million event.
Following the Falcons, MOUZ and Natus Vincere are among the highest-ranked teams confirmed to attend. FURIA, the champions of the previous year's event at IEM Chengdu, will also be competing in Beijing.
Other teams that have accepted invitations include Legacy, BetBoom, G2, and Aurora, resulting in only two declines from the ten global VRS invites.
Replacing Vitality and Spirit are PARIVISION and FaZe, ensuring a competitive field. Additionally, regional representation will come from Team Liquid (North America), 9z (South America), and The MongolZ (Asia).
The final three spots in the tournament will be filled through qualifiers, with one position available in Asia and two in Europe.
