Pulse Beat II: Astralis, HEROIC, 100 Thieves Among Confirmed Teams

Stake has revealed the lineup for the Pulse Beat II tournament, set to take place in Stockholm, Sweden, from September 21 to 26. The event boasts a prize pool of $60,000 and has confirmed 14 teams through open registration.

Among the notable teams participating are 100 Thieves, HEROIC, Astralis, fnatic, Virtus.pro, and EYEBALLERS, all selected based on the August 3 VRS rankings. Two additional spots will be filled through open qualifiers scheduled for August 20 and 21.

The qualifiers will feature a single-elimination format, with matches played as best-of-ones, culminating in a best-of-three grand final. Winners will receive a comprehensive tournament package valued at $3,000, which includes accommodation, practice facilities, meals, local transportation, and full player access throughout the event.

During the main event, teams will be divided into four GSL groups, competing in best-of-three matches. The top two teams from each group will advance to a single-elimination playoff bracket. Additionally, teams will have the opportunity to earn valuable VRS points as they aim to improve their standings ahead of the November 2 cut-off for the PGL Major in Singapore.
