In a surprising turn of events, world number one Judd Trump was eliminated in the first round of the China Open, falling to Thailand's Noppon Saengkham. The match concluded with Saengkham securing a 6-3 victory, advancing him to the next round where he will face either Ronnie O'Sullivan or Jackson Page.
