Esports World Cup Qualifier Groups Unveiled with Top Teams Set to Compete

A total of 64 teams will compete in this three-day LAN qualifier, with four spots available for the prestigious $2 million competition.
The Esports World Cup has garnered a strong international reputation, and the significant prize pool has made this tournament a highlight of the season. All 28 eligible teams according to the VRS ranking have accepted their invitations, ensuring a competitive field.
Among the notable teams participating in the qualifier are Liquid, BC.Game, HEROIC, 100 Thieves, NRG, and DENDELE. These teams will face off in a challenging format that begins with 16 double-elimination groups, each consisting of four teams.
The top two teams from each group will advance to the single-elimination playoffs, with all matches played in a best-of-three format. This setup promises an exciting and intense competition as teams vie for a chance to compete in the main event.
