MOUZ Advances to Bounty Semis After Thrilling Comeback Against 3DMAX

MOUZ has secured a place in the semi-finals of the BLAST Bounty Season 2 Finals, bouncing back from an early setback to defeat 3DMAX. After losing on Dust2, MOUZ rallied to win both Nuke and Inferno convincingly, showcasing their resilience and skill.

In a post-match interview, Dorian "xertioN" Berman acknowledged the mental challenges his team faced during the series. MOUZ struggled significantly on the first two maps, nearly losing the series due to missed opportunities and poor execution, particularly on Dust2 where they fell 10-13.

3DMAX entered Dust2 with a strategy aimed at exploiting MOUZ's newcomer, Oldřich "PR" Nový, which initially paid off as they surged to a 4-0 lead. Despite a few multi-kills from torzsi and xertioN, 3DMAX maintained their advantage and clinched the map with a late-game heist, thanks to Jeremy "Kursy" Gast's impressive plays.

The second map, Nuke, saw MOUZ struggle again as they fell behind early. However, a pivotal performance from torzsi in overtime allowed MOUZ to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat, ultimately winning 22-18 after a tense battle.

In stark contrast, MOUZ dominated the final map, Inferno, where they executed their strategies flawlessly. With strong leadership from xertioN and standout performances from Lotan "Spinx" Giladi and PR, MOUZ cruised to a 13-3 victory, sealing their spot in the next round.
