Liquid Moves siuhy to Bench, Welcomes JT to Roster

Team Liquid has officially announced the benching of Kamil "siuhy" Szkaradek, concluding his 15-month period with the active roster. This decision comes as the organization prepares to integrate Johnny "JT" Theodosiou into the lineup, who has been included in the roster for the upcoming BLAST Bounty Season 2.

Siuhy joined Liquid in April 2025 after departing from MOUZ, where he had previously experienced significant success. However, his time with Liquid has been marked by underwhelming performances and repeated group stage exits, leading to a disappointing year for the team.

Throughout 2026, Liquid struggled notably, recording one of the lowest T-side win rates in the competitive scene. Despite several roster adjustments, the team could only manage a playoff appearance at BLAST Bounty Season 1 through the online group stage, ultimately finishing with a 2-3 exit in Stage 1 of the IEM Cologne Major.

The move to bench siuhy follows another roster change, as Liquid recently replaced Roland "ultimate" Tomkowiak with Georgi "Jorko" Mitev. The new lineup will face a challenging debut against Vitality on July 24 during the BLAST Bounty Season 2, marking a critical moment for the restructured team.
