Paddy Pimblett from Liverpool showcased his grappling prowess at UFC 329, submitting Benoit Saint-Denis in a mere 52 seconds. The co-main event saw Pimblett counter a takedown attempt before locking in a guillotine choke, leading to Saint-Denis going unconscious, prompting referee Marc Goddard to stop the fight.

This victory marks a significant rebound for Pimblett, who was coming off a loss to Justin Gaethje in January. Following his impressive performance, he expressed his desire for a rematch with Gaethje, as well as a willingness to face other top contenders in the lightweight division, including Ilia Topuria and Conor McGregor.
