Kyren Wilson's Home Burgled During Snooker Event

Kyren Wilson, a former world snooker champion, experienced a distressing burglary at his home while he was participating in a snooker event in Leicester. The incident resulted in the theft of cash and personal items, including three watches and jewelry.

Among the stolen items was £2,000 that Wilson had earmarked for donation to the BeMoreFab Children’s Cancer Charity, which has compounded the emotional impact of the crime for him and his family. Wilson has since withdrawn from the Championship League Snooker event after winning his opening match 3-0.

CCTV footage captured the offenders during the burglary, and Wilson expressed his distress over the loss of items that held both sentimental and financial significance. He described the experience as deeply upsetting, particularly due to the personal memories attached to the stolen possessions.
