According to Fichajes, Omar Marmoush is a possible target for Atletico Madrid to replace the outgoing Antoine Griezmann. The Spanish giants are reportedly planning a €50 million offer to test Manchester City’s resolve, with the asking price likely to be significantly more.

Omar Marmoush has not been featuring often for Manchester City, and there are considerable questions being asked of his impact since his big move in January 2025. The Egyptian attacker arrived in a big-money move from Eintracht Frankfurt, and while Pep Guardiola has made good use of his talents, the attacker has not yet earned sure-starter status.

While injuries have largely curtailed his involvement this season, the Egyptian has begun featuring regularly, which has seen reports emerge that Manchester City are not considering a sale in the summer.
